Crystal clear yellow green color. Very intense aromas reminiscent citrus, lime and passion fruit with spicy herbal notes of white pepper and green bell pepper. Refreshing with crisp acidity and natural minerality, balanced, full, with a long aromatic finish.

Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and placed in cold rooms at a very low temperature to maintain the delicate aromatic characteristics. After light pressing, where we keep a small percentage of whole bunch, the grapes are led to a pneumatic press for 12 hours of cold maceration. The fermentation temperature is maintained at a very low temperature and remains minimum time on wine lees.
