Taste Profile

Vibrant red colour, pleasant aroma of sweet red fruit, like cherry and strawberry. Mild taste with soft tannins, good acidity, very good balance and aromatic finish.

Vinification

The grapes are picked by hand and then cooled. Grapes are handpicked then cooled down. Crushing and destemming takes place and very soft maceration is the next step. Pressings are kept separately altogether. Maceration takes place for 1 week with simultaneous onset of alcoholic fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeast strains at a temperature of 25C maximum.
