Soft salmon color. Fine character that combines very expressive red fruit aromas on the nose such as strawberry, cherry, as well as a hint of floral elements such as rose. Fruity mouthfeel with thickness balanced by a refreshing and invigorating acidity and complemented by a velvety round and slightly spicy finish.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand during the evening hours from semi-mountainous vineyards with low yields and excellent drainage. This is followed by a short cryoextraction. The juice runs in very low temperatures in order for juice of high cleanliness to be taken without using filtering assistance. Fermentation takes place with selected yeast strain maximum at 18C. The free juice is run at very low temperatures to get high purity juice without the use of filtration aids. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeast strains at a maximum temperature of 18 C. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with suspension of malolactic fermentation.
