Vinification

The vinification is made from separately selected plots of Trilofos grapes that are harvested and vinified separately. While at the end of aging in barrels, the final master blend of the blend is made. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 22 – 27 C and the juice remains in contact with the grapes for 7 days until we receive the desired color and body. After the complete fermentation of the sugars, the malolactic fermentation follows. The wines are then aged for two years in oak barrels of French origin, bottled and remain for another two years in the company’s cellars to develop their bouquet.
