Light rose colour with strong freshness framed by fresh fruit aromas, mainly mature strawberry, small red fruits such as lychee. Bright in acidity but with total harmony at the end, leaving a sweet, fruity finish that lasts.

The xinomavro used was selected from different sub-areas of Naoussa with a different maturity index and was harvested separately. One part was vinified by the method of bleeding out after a very specific time of stay with the skins while the other part was with a very short stay in the pneumatic press.
