The highly aesthetic dishes presented a combined delight of authentic flavours, demonstrating the undeniable link between fine gastronomy and the refined aesthetics of wine. As Mr. Vogiatzis, Head Oenologist of Boutaris Wineries and president of the Hellenic Wine Association.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;<em>The Boutari <\/em> <em>Wineries<\/em> <em>have consistently<\/em> <em>supported<\/em> <em>institutions that promote high gastronomy and Greek creativity. <strong>After all, a good dish needs a good wine <\/strong> in order to be highlighted even more.&#8221;<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In a glamorous event with taste as the protagonist, the attendees had the opportunity to enjoy the special new proposals of Boutaris wineries in an official first and specifically the new single-vineyard wines, Malagouzia, Assyrtiko and Vidiano. This new range of wines from Greek varieties marks the new era of Boutaris, focusing on the production and marketing of special varieties and &#8220;fresh&#8221; labels that promote Greek winemaking in Greece and abroad.<\/p>\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1174 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/boutari.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/%CE%A7%CF%81%CF%85%CF%83%CE%BF%CE%AF-%CE%A3%CE%BA%CE%BF%CF%8D%CF%86%CE%BF%CE%B9-2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/em>The evening of the Golden Hoods started with a special and warm welcome with a glass of &#8220;The Very Complex&#8221; <strong>Assyrtiko<\/strong> <strong>Boutaris<\/strong>. The wine&#8217;s rich palette of flavors pleasantly colored the beginning of the event, while its refined notes unraveled a story of taste rich in aromas and sensations. The baton of the dinner was passed to the renewed <strong>Sauvignon<\/strong> <strong>Blanc<\/strong>, with intense and rich aromas, &#8220;The Finetsati&#8221; <strong>Malagouzia<\/strong> <strong>Boutari<\/strong>, a refined variety that proves its value with its ability to harmoniously accompany every taste, and the <strong>Muscovy<\/strong> <strong>Cuv<\/strong><strong>\u00e9<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong> <strong>Speciale<\/strong> produced from selected grapes aged 50 years, <strong>Kallistis<\/strong> <strong>Reserve<\/strong>, which is the top version of the Assyrtiko variety in barrel, and the <strong>Red Letter<\/strong>, a unique new blend of Merlot &amp; Syrah from the region of Macedonia, which with its rich, deep ruby red colour, completed the culinary experience with a sense of fullness and pleasure.<\/p>\n<p>A harmonious symphony of wine and taste where the attendees had the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable experience that combined the excellence of Greek wines with the masterpieces of gastronomy.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p><em>A few words about Boutari Wineries S.A.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1175 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/boutari.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/%CE%A7%CF%81%CF%85%CF%83%CE%BF%CE%AF-%CE%A3%CE%BA%CE%BF%CF%8D%CF%86%CE%BF%CE%B9-1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Boutari Wineries S.A. is a purely Greek winemaking company, which began writing its own wine history in 1879.
