Taste Profile
Deep red with vivid purple shades. Complex aromatic profile with intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as raspberry, cherry and plum surrounded by aromas of fine wood, chocolate and roasted coffee. Full bodied and dense, with excellent balance between fruit and oak and an extra long and warm fruity finish.

Vinification
Estate grown Syrah and Kotsifali grapes were vinified separately initially in stainless steel fermentors with the former fermented in a lower temperature which favors the extraction of an intense fruity profile and the latter in a slightly higher temperature in order to acquire the aromatic volume necessary for the blend. Maturation lasted for 15 days while the blend was performed immediately after the separation from the skins. The wine aged for 24 months in french and american oak, was subsequently gently filtered and bottled.
